The Beginning

For me, this was never a career choice—it was a path I grew up around. My dad was a contractor. My grandfather was a contractor. I spent my childhood watching them work walls, ceilings, repairs. It wasn't just what they did. It was who they were.

Starting Primetime Drywall felt natural because I'd already lived it. I knew the trades from the inside. I knew what good work looked like, what careless work looked like, and the difference it makes to the people living in those spaces. When you've spent your whole life around the trade, you can't help but do it right.

We've been here in Chico for 40 years, building relationships with people who trust us. That long history in the community isn't a credential we list—it's who we are. We're not the company you call once and never see again. We're neighbors.

Four decades of work in this community taught us simple truths. First: experience matters. Growing up in the trade meant learning not just the how, but the why.
